Images and documents can be stored on Google Drive, Google Photos, OneDrive, or Dropbox. The image(s) and document(s) sharing options should be set to share with public or share with “anyone with link”.
In the course creator, select Add Image from the dropdown and paste image link.
In the course creator, select Add Text from the dropdown and paste link to the document you want to share.
Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and set to public.
In the course creator, select Add Video from the dropdown and paste YouTube link.
WhatsApp allows you to format text inside your messages.
To italicize your message, place an underscore on both sides of the text:
To bold your message, place an asterisk on both sides of the text:
To strikethrough your message, place a tilde on both sides of the text:
To monospace your message, place three backticks on both sides of the text:
Onboard Students in Two Steps
- They need to download the free WhatsApp application to their phones or a phone they have permission to use.
- Then they add the Hello PLATO phone number to the WhatsApp contacts. You can send this link or they can just add the number 1-561-448-7076.
- Students can also use this QR Code to connect to Hello PLATO in WhatsApp.

Make sure you are using the supplied bulk upload template found here and that you saved the file in xlsx format. Other formats, such as CSV or XLS will not work.Read More
If you do not include at least one question in your content, the system cannot determine if a learner completed the content and you will not see a result in your reporting dashboard.
If a learner does not complete all questions in a course or test, you will not receive a score in the dashboard.

First make sure your students have completed the 2 steps to onboarding.
Then just share the Course Code for your course or quiz, found in your dashboard.
Make sure your course has been published. If it shows as pending, you will need to click on the course name and click the Publish button.Read More
